“Loved every second, it has it all!”
The condo is right on the beach, steps away. The views from both the family room and the master bedroom are breathtaking. We fell asleep to the sounds of the waves every night. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very elegantly decorated and very comfortable. The couches, bedding, even the bathroom towels are what you would expect in a luxury hotel! The kitchen is very well stocked in terms of dishes, pots, cooking utensils,etc. We have stayed in a number of places and I am not sure any had as well stocked a kitchen.
The beach chairs and umbrella are all conveniently stored in a locker on the way to the beach so you don't have to haul it all up and down. You also keep all the sand out of the condo! We were treated to dolphins swimming by multiple times. The shelling is great, the sunsets from your lanai or the beach are breathtaking. Speaking of the lanai, the table and chairs are perfect for outdoor dining and there are also the two lounge chairs that you could sit in for hours while taking in the views and a good book.
We are here with two teenage boys who are very comfortable in the second bedroom. The beds in that rom are doubles, plus there is a couch in a sitting area and a connected bathroom. They have their own Apple TV in their room as well. The high speed internet is keeping them both happy when not on the beach.
The condo is conveniently located to everything you will need or want on the island. However, once you arrive,there is little need to leave. This condo is very well appointed. We will be back!

The Somerset 812 condo is fantastic! The owner has thought of everything; anything you could possibly need is there for your use. It was exceptionally clean. Beautifully decorated. The view from the 8th floor is amazing. The beach was great, including being able to use the umbrellas/beach chairs provided. It was great having covered parking out from the hot Florida sun. The grounds are very secure and gated. Nice proximity to the elevator. It was quiet and relaxing. The beds were soooooo comfortable, as well as the linens so soft. The kitchen was very nice and had more than enough dinnerware, etc. We love Marco and will definitely be staying at the Somerset 812 again!

Our new favorite place! We relaxed immediately when we saw the Gulf views from the front door!, And impossible to leave the balcony as the chairs were cozy and the view stunning. Nothing overlooked in the condo, all amenities and then some (like a George Foreman grill!) are all top of the line. Huge towels, plenty of upgraded linens and probably the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. Plenty of outlet space, wall mounted tvs in all the rooms for when the sun sets and you can't see the Gulf any more..parking access just out the door, all grocery and restaurants could be walking distance, and the beach wagon loaded with chairs, umbrellas and floaties make getting to the beach a snap! Bring flip flops as the stunning beach has many shells and the owners encourage you to find and share them. This is the place to stay, we will be back, thank you for the lovely accommodation!"
